The Last Lucy

ISBN: 979-8-9943000-0-8

August 1991. A mysterious telex arrives at a German journalist’s desk: his grandfather, a Nazi general he believed dead for decades, is alive. Imprisoned somewhere in Russia. And someone wants him dead.
One code name changes everything: Lucy.
Behind it lies one of the most daring secrets of World War II. It is a story of betrayal that saved millions of lives, yet condemned its heroes to oblivion or death.
Now, fifty years later, the wolves of the past are awakening. And time is running out.
A gripping thriller based on true events, exploring honor, betrayal, and the relentless cost of conscience.
A great thriller by Pietro Di Placido
